• I wanted to reach you yesterday but was working all day and away from my computer. The move of the couch and piano from Aventura to Miami Shores and on to WPB went well. The guys were prompt, professional and careful with our things. I did get a cll from my sister however that the invoice paid reflected the hourly rate to be $70.00/hour not $65.00 as per our correspondence. My sister was aware of the rate but I guess my brother-inlaw was not and did not question the rate when he paid the bill.
  
  It is our wish that the $25 difference be given to the drivers as a gratuity. Please advise that you have received this and call me with any questions. It is my pleasure to refer you along to any of my friends when they need movers and I thank you in advance for honoring our request.
